Basic knowledge of semiconductor physics, basic circuits, integrated analog / digital systems

Upon successful completion of this module, the student will be able to:
• understand CMOS technology, describe transistor behavior, know basic digital and analog building blocks, understand and use computer aided design tools for the design automation of electronic circuits (EDA), use schematic and layout view, do electrical simulations for the functional test of circuits

Layout of transistors and digital logic builing blocks
Fully automated design of an analog and digital design block in the lab
