Research Institutes
Research, development and knowledge transfer is carried out at ten interdisciplinary research institutes affiliated with Offenburg University:

Also we have two research groups:
Besides the individual research institutes focused on specific subjects, the Institute for Applied Research (IAF) offers an organizational roof for scientists at the University who do not belong to a research institute. Additionally, the IAF is a contact for interested companies, public institutions and other universities and research facilities. It also acts as a service facility for all researchers and supports the initiation, planning and implementation of R&D projects.
