Learning target / Competences
|
Students will be able to apply the approach and methods of value stream management with the aim of analyzing process waste and initiating waste-free processes. They extend their knowledge of lean management to development and administration processes and gain the ability to transfer generally applicable lean methods to these areas. Students will also be able to name and partly evaluate the requirements for the configuration and coordination of global production networks, as well as for the design of ecologically sustainable production.
