As part of the HAW-PROAKtif project, the offer will be expanded to include doctoral students, in particular to provide targeted support during the doctorate. Dr. Kuhn will work at the interface between the HAW-PROAKtif project, which is headed by Prof. Dr. Anne Najderek, and Campus Research & Transfer (CRT) under Dr. Ira Pawlowski.

An important first step is the expansion of a systematic support structure for doctoral candidates, which in future will include a regular exchange round for all doctoral candidates, those interested in doing a doctorate and their supervisors and professors. These regular meetings are intended to strengthen exchange and support in the doctoral process.
