Last week, we had the extraordinary opportunity to send seven of our doctoral candidates to the Formnext trade fair in Frankfurt. As the world's leading exhibition for additive manufacturing and industrial production, Formnext was not only a showcase of innovation but also an inspiring platform for our young researchers.

Our doctoral students were able to:

• gain valuable insights that will enrich their research.
• engage in promising discussions with industry experts.
• discover groundbreaking technologies, from new materials to innovative manufacturing processes. The exchange at the fair once again highlights the importance of the connection between science and practice in driving progress.
