Family Room

Offenburg University offers a family room in Gengenbach (G010) and another one in Offenburg (building B behind the information desk).

These child-friendly rooms are available to parents for breastfeeding, diapering, feeding and playing. Pregnant women are also welcome to use these rooms for respite. Both family rooms were refurbished and freshly equipped.

To ensure that we can continue to offer these family rooms, we would ask you to make an entry in the list that we have placed in both family rooms for this purpose each time you use it.

Offenburg

Building B, B027, directly behind the information desk:

open for you from 08:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.

If you do not have a suitable key, the ladies at the information desk or the library staff will be happy to unlock the door for you.

Gengenbach

Monastery building, ground floor room G0.10:

open for you from 07:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m.

If you would like to use this room in Gengenbach outside these opening hours, please have your Oskar card activated for it.

Familienzimmer Gengenbach

With the offer of these family rooms we hope to contribute to the compatibility of your studies/work and your family duties.
We are happy if you and your children feel comfortable in the two rooms.
