From 30.3.2023 at 12:00h Graduates can register themselves and up to 2 accompanying persons. Registration will close on 13.4.2023 at 11:59pm.

Please note: Only those who have registered online here will receive a ticket, which will be checked at the entrance. The capacity for accompanying persons is limited, so "First come - first served".

The closing ceremony will take place in the Oberrheinhalle in Offenburg. Please use the parking lots P1 and P2.

The certificate documents are sent by mail by the responsible student secretariats.

Admission begins at 4:30 pm. Please allow enough time for your arrival so that the program can start punctually at 17:00.

Except for a few reserved seats, there is free seating in the Oberrheinhalle. We ask you to move up and leave no gaps so that all guests can be seated quickly and comfortably.

We deliberately do not have a dress code. Please dress appropriately for the occasion.

The Oberrheinhalle has a limited capacity. Since we would like to celebrate your graduations together with you, all graduates who register are guaranteed a place. In a second step, you can register up to 2 accompanying persons. However, the contingent for accompanying persons is limited, the principle "first come - first served" applies. Other relatives or interested parties have the opportunity to watch the ceremony in livestream on the youtube channel of the Offenburg university.

Following the official program, there will be a standing reception with various drinks and small snacks.

We have chosen the beginning of the ceremony in such a way that you will have the opportunity to have dinner with friends, parents or your relatives afterwards.

On our homepage we will set up a page with the pictures and the film of the graduation ceremony. We will send the link to this page to the email you registered with in the weeks following the ceremony.
